I'm thinking of selling my saiga AK, and when I purchased the rifle I bought a bit of ammo, now that was put on the receipt as sundries, can I do the same to off load the ammo, when the rifle is sold ?
Thanks.

I would put it down as ammunition and enter it on the buyers FAC assuming the buyer has a grant to purchase/hold ammunition in the chambering in question, 7.62x39 I presume.
I don't think it matters what it is listed as on the receipt but it must be entered on the buyers FAC to keep it all legal and to cover both of you.

Put is as "sundries"??

As long as the buyer has the correct listing for that calibre, you just fill in the details on the ammunition table part of the FAC in the same way that the firearm table is completed...

The ONLY issue would be if the ammunition is reloads - you cannot SELL them on as they've be lacking a CIP proof mark

If he sold you ammunition it should of been entered on your certificate after he checked that you had the authority to posses ammunition of that calibre.

lol , it was the only calibre going at that time on purchase, I did however put in a slot for a 7.62/39 shortly after :good:
