Wow! Well I suppose that avoids any awkward moments for the new Labour Shadow Agriculture secretary, then again I doubt she was on the invite list.

From what I read about this elsewhere, the CLA must have had the previous NRA Finance Manager (or someone of matching in-ability) in charge of the accounts, as they look to have been a bigger bun-fest than the Bullingdon Club's annual Swan Roast & Dwarf Hurling Jamboree!!
WHAT exactly they p*** £4M+ on each year, at a LOSS - would be worth checking into = huge "consultancy fees" & padded "out of pocket expenses" galore you'd think...

I work for an RFD as well as having my own company, & he's told me it's still going ahead & someone else has stepped in to finance it. He's happy as its one of his mates so he'll get a great position at the show. As far as he's concerned it's going ahead under a different name.

Wow this is a bit strange. I can't see how they're making a loss it was rammed this year.

My mate is/was one of the team that prep the site, he did 2014 and 2015, he was shocked when I forwarded the news, they'd told him nothing.
