Recommend me an ammunition cabinet

We need some more ammunition lockers/cabinets.
They need to be the vertical type with shelves and in the past we have used the Brattonsound Bulk Storage Safe with 2 Shelves which is normally fine when held within a secure location however the shelves are a bit too far apart and realistically the cabinet is a tad small at 916x407x320 so can anyone suggest a cabinet with shelves that has two locks on it and will hold a few thousand rounds.
It needs to be secure and to BS standard however it does not need to be made out of 1/4" plate or similar given the location it will be going into.

....OR, use a standard rifle/shotgun safe, but mounted offset by 90-degrees...
One of my ammo lockers is an old shotgun safe with wooden racking in it to give a lot of shelf space - but it's fitted vertically as there was not enough room to do otherwise.
I have a DIY car safe that must have been directly influenced by the design of the T-34 tank, which MAY become an additional safe if the new loading bench in in the workroom is fettled before too long - in which case it would be mounted on the floor (or the wall, directly below the bench) horizontally...

I prefer to site the cabinets vertically to best utilise the space, all of our cabinets sit on a concrete ring beam 900,0mm off the ground which is absolutely superb for access and weight distribution. Imagine not having to stoop to remove a rifle or a couple of boxes of ammunition

Heh, great idea however the ceiling is around 4m above the floor in the armoury...

I have a Brattonsound sc2 and made up some 3mm thick steel shelves for it,then pop riveted small L brackets on the inside. Two each side and one at the back to hold the shelf and stop it sagging. You could use any safe and put in as many shelves as you need, just mark it up drill the holes and pop rivet away.

1mm thick (thin?) tin ex-sports locker with a single £2 padlock on the front
Don't laugh, back in 1980 it was more than good enough for Northumbria Police to let me store a 7.62 AR-10, S&W 29 44mag, Beretta 92F 9mm and several hundred rounds of ammo

nope = amateur
Back when I had a fair few calibers
(in the handgun days) my approved ammo safe was a cantilever toolbox.
I think if I'd held my max allowance for each caliber it came to about 16,200 or so in total!
