Long barrel pistol question

Just wondering if a stock like this would be UK legal if it was fixed in place and the barrel was the correct UK legal length now I'm not talking about cutting a coat hanger off an existing pistol and replacing it with this! but if a section 5 dealer could make up a LBP From scratch and it conformed to all the other length laws would it be legal.

EDIT....SHOULD BE A OF A GLOCK WITH A GLOCK STOCK FITTED.

As long as it is 12/24 it doesn't matter what the stock or coat hanger looks like
I believe that if you attach the new stock before you remove the coat hanger it never becomes section 5.
(Some guys at my club have been talking about reconfiguring their free pistols from having 2 "arms" to a single)

I could wittle you a wooden magazine if that would help yer old bugger?
I like the idea but i think if you were to do this if you were shooting competitively you'd get put in a rifle division, rather than a pistol one and you may be at a disadvantage.
