Tracer at C&G firearms

was in at C&G today, he has some 7.62 tracer bullets in, 149gr.

brand new stuff, not pulled, the bottoms are nice and shiny inside

should be around £15-20

I've picked up some of this from another supplier and in my experience, it's not the most reliable tracer I've ever thrown down the range. Choice of powder is important if you want any measure of success. Just my experiences though and yours may differ.

I'm guessing you can only shoot them on private land?

MOD field-fire ranges such as Sennybridge, seen a few shot at my club range but they failed to ignite.

When I saw the topic title I thought for a moment they might have been 54r tracer.........

I bought my tracer from John Masefield a while back at Sennybridge. Some looked new, some were pulled. Out of 100 rounds fired I had an ignite ration of 3 out of 5. I'm not sure where he sourced it from?

Yep, I do pal. Should be up Sennybridge this Saturday if all goes to plan. You there? Ill just look for the guy with the Dragunov :D

Edit: wow I really need to stop typing on my phone, my spelling is atrocious on such a small keypad.
