Have done a search but no joy.

Anyone got the "answerable" phone number for the International Import Hub at Coventry, trying to track a parcel from USA and Border Farce is useless, in fact worse than useless. The phone is off the hook and the email system is no good.

Unfortunately, we have had several dealings with the Farce at Coventry and found that the best way is to turn up in person and deal with them face to face. It still isn't easy: you'll need the patience of a saint, a degree in teaching idiots and interpreter level fluency in *ollocks.
