Section 3.5, on page 4, covers Temp. Section 7 permits
Having read it, ( thanks Saddler for posting it) I have to say that it is very poorly worded.
The use of " people" when it should expressly refer to " licence holders" is one that grates, as does being referred to as "someone".
The final sentence is a real gem:"There shouldn't be anyone causing any harm to themselves or others with an unlicensed weapon due to expiry"
