Just discovered new (to me) clay/full-bore range in Scotland.
http://www.mortonclaytargets.co.uk/
They have an 6 lane full-bore range 3300fps/5200ft/lbs Expanding ammo allowed, £25 per person an hour. Must have Target shooting on FAC.
Not getting any full-bore just now what with the weather, Gareloch and Castlelaw Military ranges being shut just now.
Investigating Club rates, also fancy just going for a personal fun shoot now and again.
Anybody been yet?

Website has been down for months
Supposed to be shooting there later this week.
Will post photos etc. & give a full report of the facilities after my visit.
Looking at possibly joining the ckub there depending on fees, etc.

The tunnel range near Jedburgh is supposedly asking £60/£70 per hour...though they're a Bisley franchise, so no surprise at M25 prices...
Morton drops to £20 for members, or £30 for two sharing a lane....though I've not confirmed this in person yet.

I know drawing a comparison to a tunnel range that will have been made at great expense to an above ground range is not plain sailing but according to this link these guys charge £10 for access to their range + £50 annual fee.

Good for them getting a new range built.
