They're supposed to be the most accurate pistol calibre bullet

I was also wondering about those, mainly for shooting at 100m as there's a seller on eGun who has 140g .264 at a very good price,

I found hollow based wad cutters the most accurate in my s&w 686 and semi wad cutters in my model 29
the most accurate in my glock were truncated cone
round nose were ok but all the above had a big advantage .

ditto that.
I always found WC (up to 50M) and SWC bullets more accurate in a pistol myself.
I do however like heavy round nose bullets in a rifle for stalking and boar shooting though. At the ranges that I shoot spitzers and boat tails offer no advantage and in fact are often less accurate than flat based bullets.

You wouldn't get very far shooting HBWC in long range pistol. At 2-300yds, semi wadcutters are quite good but round nosed are better.
The HBWC was conceived as a 50yd target load---its inability to take even a moderately heavy charge means that it is dropping significantly at 100yds. Range officering at 1500 competitions I often had shooters quit because they had blown the centre out of a HBWC leaving a ring of lead in the barrel. I used HBWCs for 20yd light target loads and in my 32 Walther GSP but for the 1500, PP1 and PP2 I always used round nosed.
