Obviously these are maximum loads so it goes with out saying start lower and work up in the article it suggests 10% lower to start. Hope this helps Ill keep looking if I come up with anything else Ill post it. If you have any questions ask away. There are some very competent re loaders on here I'm sure one of them could help.

A burn rate chart for you to take a look at.

I did see that artical earlier and think it might be worth a try starting at 38g with the 120g FMJ.
Re 17 and Re 19 are running level with Viht N150,roughly speaking in the burn rate chart.
My Viht manual shows starting load N150@36.3g and N160@44.7g for 120g Sierra HPBT.
Both those are shown for 140g which is my other 6.5 bullet that is expanding and not allowed on MOD ranges.

Burn rate is one consideration, but pressure is another and the different powders may make very different pressures.

I am using RL 17 @ 36gr and find it accurate out to 100yds. Will be taking it to 200yds in a couple of weekends at Bisley, so we'll see how it does then. This is behind a PPU 139gr jacketed target bullet.
