Calibre - diameter check

Can someone confirm the actual bullet size for the following is calibres please are both .308 ?
30-06, 1942 Springfield A3
7.62x54R - 1940ish Noise Magnet

54R is .311 some sources say .312, .30-06 is .308

With the 54r .311" is the norm but some old Mosins will slug out at .314 or 15 depending on the amount of use they’ve had.My issued '39 Izhevsk 91/30 is .313" but still shoots well enough with standard .311" milsurp, whereas my unissued '44 M44 carbine is pretty much on the money at .311"
