Cast boolit seating question

I started trying some cast loading for my SMLE last year - The boolits I'm using are sized to .315, and I found that they stuck inside my normal .303 seating die - It was suggested that I could use a 8mm die, so that's what I'm looking to do...
...There are 8x57mm Mauser dies available, which (if I've got this right?) are designed for a .323 bullet - So, would this be suitable, or is there a better caliber for this application?
Any advice on this would be, as usual, greatly appreciated.
