Indoor range filter suppliers

We need to replace our filters at an indoor range that I shoot at. They are about 600mm square (I'm guessing that they are 24in) and contain some strange material. Does anyone know of any suppliers that could provide replacements? There are no labels on the filters at all and the blower is not easily accessible. Please see the attached pictures for more details.

These look like standard aircon filters. The same size as the ones I used to replace every couple of months in a computer room.

A quick google search.... nope... I'm off to bed...
