Opening 'scope rings to a larger diameter

I have been asked to open a set of 'scope rings from 1" to 26,0mm which set me thinking, I dislike reaming 'scope rings as individual units as the results can be a bit hit and miss so the next stage is to bore them so I sat down and designed a fixture which would allow me to very precisely bore 'scope rings which makes me wonder how many people would actually need such a service.

So my question is would the ability to have a set of 'scope rings opened up be of any use to you?

Question is though, what sort of price would we be looking at?
