For any fans of the Western (isn't every grown man a cowboy at heart? :D) a visit to Monument Valley in Arizona/Utah is a must.

Hi, Chuck
Done Arizona five times - my wife's had enough but I love the place.
Not sure if this link will work but this is the site for Monument Valley. John Ford's favourite location.

Indeed.

My late father was a huge cowboy film fan, and when he retired back in the late 1980's, I persauded him to take my mum on a trip to the West Coast of the USA which included Monument Valley, and I now treasure the photo I have of him standing on that spot with the famous 'John Ford's Mountain' in the background and a big smile on his face.

Went there myself a few years later.

If you're a western fan the worst thing you can do is got to Cabela's or Basspro and look at those lovely Western style revolvers

You can buy a BP revolver over the counter too!!!!!!! Just cannot take it home with you
