There's quite a few topics on the forum about converting No.4s into 'snipers' - If you put things like 'T4' and 'Enfield sniper' into the forum's search function you will find some info already posted...
...I'm going down a similar road (scoping up an Enfield) - Mag41uk posted this link (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/paul.tvg/page3.html) to an inquiry I made about scopes for Enfields...if you're looking to create a 'replica', then there is some excellent info here.
There's also another topic somewhere on the forum about modifying No.4s and adding T4 cheek-pieces to them...if I can find it later I'll post the link.

Re: enfield sniper rifle
I enjoyed the pictures of the military firearms. I noticed in the sporting arms section, the young lady sighting the rifle while sitting in the tree has her gloved fingers pretty much blocking the front of the scope! I guess she enjoys a challenge when shooting...meles meles wrote:Take a peeky at Thames Valley Guns, we can recommend their work !
