Christel..
I remember many years ago visiting the place. I was stationed at Milton Barracks Gravesend REME attached to Ist Battalion Somerset & Cornwall light infantry. I took A batch of stripped down LIAI rifles to be re-parkerised prior to the battalions deployment to Aden. I was able to have a good mooch around the place, very interesting.
