Hi
Over the past year i have collected quite a quantity of once fired .303 brass from my NRA probationary shoots and have about 100 cases.
i have a .303 slot on my licence that i have filled.I have only ever bought .303 ammunition on NRA club days and used it all during the club shoot.
I have never had any .303 ammunition entered on to my FAC as i never bought any from any RFD/gun shop.
Could i legally reload and hold these bullets even though i have technically never bought any.

Yep, if it's on your ticket you can possess it, it doesn't matter if its bought or home loads.

Obviously don't go over your max holding

Yes. Just as long as you've got a 303 ammunition allocation on your FAC and don't exceed the amount you're allowed.
