Ordered some .357 starline cases,got a call later that evening regarding a problem with the order soon sorted,cases arrived asap.

Excellent....fast delivery of a few bits and pieces....less than half the price of same bits on Fleabay.

Great folk to deal with. Order arrived fast, then I noticed I'd ordered a neck rather than full-length die. That'll teach me to place orders at night and then gloss over the details in the confirmation email
No quibble about returning it for a replacement even though it was totally my fault.

Ordered a shooting table online earlier this week then decided I wanted to add to the order. Quick phone call and all sorted, extra bit added to the original order with no problem - saving the 'extra' delivery charge if orders had been separate.
Shooting table and AR500 target was well priced, as described and delivered quickly.
Can't ask for any better
