How is it built ? How does the construction compare to a UK spec Saiga ?

Have you checked its spec is legal in UK ?

Ps - is it a stamped or milled receiver ?

In theory you do not need an Import Licence to bring S1 or S2 firearms into the UK from the EU/Europe however some countries will ask for a copy of your OIL before they will issue the export paperwork.
