I'm hearing through the grapevine that a number of straight pull Tokarevs which had been deemed 'Legal' are now being seized by either Sussex or Surrey constabulory who had originally given them the OK. Can anyone confirm this?

Just spoken to a dealer that knows about it, yes several SVT40's (Tokarevs) SP rifles and a number of SKS SP rifles have been seized by Police.
