After trying for some time to track down a magazine release lever for my Weatherby XXII, I found a site in the USA that manufactures them ..... but they're not allowed to post outside of the US due to legislation brought out in 2008.

Trying to get a reply from Weatherby themselves is like getting a letter from Santa, so it looks like the quest continues.

I am a VERY grumpy old man today!! :lol:

Just a thought, but could you get the lever manufactured here in the UK? I wonder if Ovenpaa might be able to help.

I've been in touch with a chap from Valmont Firearms who might be able to help out with manufacturing a lever, so I'm just waiting for him to come back to me with a yea/nay at the moment.

If Ovenpaa can help, then I'd be more than happy to have two levers made .... it never hurts to have a spare! :lol:
