New form 202 FAC from Hert's Beds Bucks but it looks like a photocopy even on watermarked paper & photo is in black & white some RFD's & a NSRA team manager think its a copy & not legit so would not sell stuff on the basis of it.

Other counties form 202 in colour.

I know its legit but any thoughts?

Is it the actual issued FAC?, form 202 is just the request for a variation.

My Fac and Sgc are marked as Form 102 & Form 104

The new Beds & Herts FAC's are indeed in black and white and are identified top right hand corner as Firearms Form 202

They probably aren't you know. These days colour toners are the same price as black and white toners, so no money is saved by staying monochrome. In fact colour may even be cheaper as you won't have to pay our tax...

Yup, sounds like someone's being a cheapskate on the printing.

The OP describes this as being Herts/Bucks/Beds - how does this work as these are separate police areas, Bucks being part of Thames Valley Police area (Oxon/Bucks/Berks), not sure about the others but I assume that Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire have separate county forces.

Beds & Herts firearms licensing merged a couple of years ago and are now based in Harpenden, I keep hearing rumours that Cambridgeshire will also be joining them at some point however who knows until it happens..
