Tikka T3 Sporter build

The new T3 Sporter
No doubt a good looking rifle and fits my needs perfectly, downside is it is not available over here yet so can anyone suggest a UK gun builder that can build me similar? Probably 6.5x47 but an off chance of 6.5x55SE (Depending on regulations) 5 shot Repeater action, 20" barrel threaded, bedded into a laminate Biathlon stock and slings, integral mag is good, it must hold 5 rounds built to full chamber and come in at around or just under 4.5kgs un-scoped.
Oh and it needs to be accurate of course.
I would like to build this myself but time is against me with all that is going on right now. I need it finished for end of July latest as that gives me a month to get it shot in and a load developed.
