Disposing of an unwanted Moderator

I'm looking at buying a new gun today but don't have a mod slot for the one offered. Is there a way the seller dispose of the mod without incurring any costs?

Nor do I, but he want me to pay for it saying he can't sell it on...... Can he just hand it in to an RFD / Licensing dept if he doesn't want to sell to get his slot back (without incurring a cost?)saddler wrote:Yes.
He sells it to someone with a slot.
It's listed seperately on the FAC, so I don't see the problem. ..

Of the two, the RFD route would be better as he'd be able to get them to sell it on his behalf for a commission.Chapuis wrote:Yes he can.majordisorder wrote:Nor do I, but he want me to pay for it saying he can't sell it on......
