I'm seriously thinking about putting a scope on my no 4 Enfield one of the no drill rails as i would not take a drill to my rifle .
Are they any good do they move when the gun is fired what would be a good scope to fit most times only shoot at 100 yrds but my eyes are not as good as they were and a bit of help would be good.

I bought one from Armalon. Works just fine.

The Armalon is very good, I use them but they are expensive.
Keep an eye out for second hand ones.

I had a B-square scout mount on a Mosin and it was terrible, it was forever coming loose.

I've recently taken a B square mount off a club number 4 rifle. It was absolute rubbish, I've seen tuning forks with less movement.

Armalon and Fulton mounts are the best.
Problem with scoping an Enfield is that all modern mounts, rings and scopes set the scope far too high above the bore. Eye relief and cheek weld become a real problem. Usually, you have to fit a cheekpiece, or a replacement monte-carlo style butt. The rifle butt geometry was designed for bayonet fighting, not scoped shooting!
PH pads and low ring mounts couple with a small objective lens scope (eg a Simmons Whitetail classic with 1" straight tube) help solve the problem, but the front BA 21(?) pad requires drilling and tapping of the receiver ring (the two little holes you find on so many Enfields).

S&K mount and #4 (T) cheek rest will do you very well. I have an S&K mount that has been moved between 3-4 Lee Enfields over the years and is still rock solid.
