Seing as I wont be seeing any of you guys at the club thie WE, what is the average length of time for a Variation in Staff's at the minute?.

One for one swap of an empty (soon to be filled tongueout ) Slot (.223 to .308).

I sent a variation off on Monday, will let you know when it comes back. Only took three weeks last time I did it, that was for first grant of a deer calibre

Thank you Gents, FAC Mailed Recorded Post Today, I can brief Mrs B to check the mail end of the week..........that withstanding my clerical skills have been up to speed and said FAC will not be sent straight back!.

Neil, .308 SPS Tactical, it is in process so to speak, no money changed hands yet bought I have given a verbal agreement. I am looking at Tactical Rifle Comps at Diggle, so a tool befitting that is in order.

Blokes, Recoil Reduction Advice required form you, Moderator or Muzzle break? I would like to be able to use .308 at factory loads but tame the recoil so as not to affect distance.

Looks are, my good friend irrelevant. The amount of recoil reduction yet retaining bullet performance is the win, I will shoot this rifle regardless - but a fair redcuction would make it a better experience.

If the Dragon can do this then hairy muff, but the one factor that is more important, is recoil redeuction. Thanks for the suggestion though, I will investigate ;-)

I think there have been several reviews and the one on my .233 certainly works have a look at the reviews
