Cases at Aldi
Aldi are currently offering these cases at £2.99 - they look ideal for storing dies and other reloading sundries in. We've just bought 9, one for each of the calibres we shoot...

Re: Cases at Aldi
They are quite a good size - the bottom section will take a vernier caliper and plenty of tools or cases even, and the tray up top will hold dies and plenty of snikkies. They are quite robust and stack easily and safely.

And they say oomans are large brained species...
We popped by our local Aldi and bought a few (9) more, after all we're bound to end up with even more different calibres eventually.

Re: Cases at Aldi
I f'ing love Aldi, so far I'veanaged to get some callipers, a spotting scope and a box for storing my cleaning kits, all the the above cost under £35 and the callipers and spotting scope are both of good quality, amazing considering I paid £8 and £20 respectively.
Been waiting for them to get an ultrasonic cleaner in again

Re: Cases at Aldi
My local Aldi had an ultrasonic cleaner for £20 last week, not bad for you reloaders apparently

They turn up every now and again, I'm waiting out till august/september in the hope that they will have one in again, if they don't it's an Amazon job luckily only 8 quid more.Demonic69 wrote:My local Aldi had an ultrasonic cleaner for £20 last week, not bad for you reloaders apparently

Re: Cases at Aldi
I bought one a while back and it works well with dirty brass, all you need is warm water and a dash of fairy liquid.Demonic69 wrote:My local Aldi had an ultrasonic cleaner for £20 last week, not bad for you reloaders apparently

I can just about get 50, .45 Colt cases in at a time or, about30, .30 cal cases.
