Which rifle do you feel most comfortable with?

Which of your rifles do you feel most comfortable with, which one is the one that understands you best, hits what you aim at, is comfortable to carry easy to reload, always cleans easily and does the job?
Out of all the rifles I have owned and shot it has to be my AI/AE in 7,62x51 - it comes into it's own at 600m regardless of what I feed it.

If I chose between one of my Remington 700s then the other would sulk.

My AE for sure.
I loved my wee Steyr Tactical but it was just too light for shooting off a bipod, jumped all over the place.

"Any gun will do, as long as I can do" is a well known phrase from a somewhat over communicative shooting School - Front Sight - in the USA.
I try to remember that when ever I am shooting and try not to get caught up in the reputation, cost, colour or sex appeal of what I am shooting.
Not that anyone is suggesting otherwise.
I love my 10/22 and Marlin 1894, but for shear point ability and magazine capacity I would pick up the MP5 every time. Shame we only have it in 9mm,
Or is it the 10/22, or the Marlin, or perhaps even the Sec 1 shotgun, oh bugger it, the Zombies would have me eaten before I decided!

I have long since forgotten why I chose an AE. My AE has seen a fair few rounds through it now and still keeps going strong. I remember getting some strange comments when I first got it. People seemed surprised I would choose an AE over the AW, why was I using a 16x 'scope etc. I was tempted to paint it Blue and White for a while after all the 'Tesco's Value' comments
Christel describes it as the most boring rifle she has ever shot.
