That should upset a few but good to see a Brit Company getting recognition in the world of firearms.

I found this link on the telegraph, pretty intresting to see the component parts. I particularly like the machine that measures the tollerances

Certainly looks that way - lots of focus on the business rather than the product. Someone big bought out Manroy (of GPMG fame) recently, perhaps AI's board are hoping to do the same thing.

A most excellent article/video - flying the flag for Britain and damned good Boomsticks.

"A small business based near Portsmouth...".

Is in Portsmouth not accurate enough for Mr Tovey?

Spooky

A few weeks back I dialled an internal number and it was answered by a nice lady at AI.

Turns out they were on our network....that's service.

Apparently they have atunnel range under the workshops, they have a red lamp and a buzzer that goes off when they fire a .50...everything shakes and it makes you jump a bit...I am told ;)

The video was great, wish there was more about them. The discovery channel did a few episodes about the aw and aw50 a while back, both well worth watching
