These bits came in an auction lot. Can anyone identify them? Similar in appearance to 'm' die expanders, but they are not threaded at all. Cant match them up to anything in the redding catalogue (assuming they belong in the redding bag). Both measure .3655" on the shank.

I can't say I've seen these before but my guess would be a case neck gauge.

Edit: 9.3mm (.365) being not a particularly unusual calibre.
