Anyone ever seen one of the above?

Seems that they made one to allow a Trilux to be fitted to a Weaver rail.

I've also seen images of an M16 Trilux adaptor, but to attach to the A1 type carry handle.

Saddler, I've seen them and if I recall correctly Leapers used to make them as well. I believe they are like hens teeth now as they have been discontinued by both Tapco and Leapers. Keep your eye on Ebay and Gunbroker.com as the occasionally come up on there.
