Small world, I only just bought this book yesterday on Amazon. Got it for $1.40 in hardcover and $3.99 shipping. I've always been fascinated with life in India in the 17th to early 20th centuries. One of my favourite authors and a son of India is the late Jim Crawford, don't know if you have ever heard of him.
