Probably a case of Glock leg , its only a matter of time before the army medics get familiar with the term now the army are using Glocks.

If people would realise that finger inside trigger guard = loud bang & high velocity projectile then maybe there's be less ND's
It's not just Serpa's & Glocks.

True but we are dealing with human beings here, and they will do stupid things. So if a lot of negligent discharges are caused by people pulling the trigger when they shouldn't , design a firearm that is supposed to be safe to carry and carry with a round in the chamber, and put the so called safety catch on the trigger. Smart.
