There is the 'Any Iron Sights' class.

Basically if you have a rifle that will hold 10 rounds (preferably in a detachable mag, but not necessary) then it'll be welcome and will have a class to go in to.
that pretty much rules out anything without Lee and Enfield in the name tongueout
Admittedly the K31 would be out (am I right in thinking that's a 6 rnd mag?) but any other rifle that has a 10rnd capacity there will be a class for .
also the Mosin Nagants, the Mausers, MAS 36's etc in fact except for straight pull rifles such as the ARs or M1 carbine M14 and AK variants I can't think of any "service Rifles" that have a 10 round capacity, that was always one of the plus's of the Lee Enfield design, the competition does seem to be missing a trick by excluding a lot of rifle types?

Having only a six or eight round mag would be an advantage in Historic class, you'd only have six or eight misses.
