Your "best looking" gun....

#1 Post by Sim G »

Guns are objects. Objects give a simple joy of ownership, some more than others. With so much "black tactical" around these days, asthetics, play little it seems. Been thinking about it all day on and off as I potter about, but what in your opinion is the "prettiest of guns", what can you look at like it was art on a wall...

I love the tactical look. There is no better looking lever gun than a Marlin 1889 or and the Browning Hi Power always stirs, as does a SAA, Colt Python and a PPK..... see where I'm coming from?

But one, just one which is it..?

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

The OP was about one gun that you thought was the best looking, not the best looking collection.

Just the one is the challenge.
