If you can give me your OAL and barrel length I can tighten the figures up a bit.

OAL is set at 2.270" for an AR15 type magazine with a 16.8" barrel:

25 grains gets you over 3000fps however I would probably start a tad higher, it is all down to you and your rifle and the distances you are going to shoot at. Is RS40 available over here now?
