BBC they are not weapons. They are Shotguns..Am I alone in being wound up when the press etc call shotguns and rifles weapons?

Being the eternal optomist and "glass half full" sort of bloke, helps put pay to the antis arugument that "guns should be held at a club" bollox....

Email them - OED definition of a "weapon" and the legal definition of a shotgun. This is a plain inaccuracy. Would post the link for that but I'm snatching a breather at work so don't have time!raybrown53 wrote:

Just seen the North West today article and they called them "Weapons"
