Sure, it's not the best looking - but it should be pretty accurate, it's 'modern' and you can use it at the indoor range. :good:

Two blokes in my club have one. They seem to really like them.

Interesting. Do you know if they use the gas-checked bullets or if they make do with cast .32's?

What is the difference?

Gas checks are fitted to gas check design cast boolits.

The Patriot I had used cast plain based and gas checked cast boolits as well as swaged plain base boolits.

They came with a specific design of swaged wad cutter boolits made for the pistol.

I know one of them shoots anything .32 through his! He even used some of my jacketed stuff that I have for .32 magnum!

One of them used to belong to dromia.....

If you're happy with single shot and want something a bit cheaper - speak to Ovenpaa, he has my Westlake Phoenix which is proofed for smokeless powder as well.

I do indeed and it is a cracking pistol, I will see if I have a picture to post up.

Thanks! Looks interesting... I can't seem to find a source for ammo though. Seems you can't find the gas checked ammo any more either...

I'm sending off my variation in a couple of weeks hopefully. Perhaps a .32 will be added!

I'm not sure what I'm chasing at the moment. I would like a Westlake Taurus conversion, but it's the cost that's holding me up. IIRC they're in the £1,600 bracket.

If it was so good, how come you sold it on?
