Has anyone used these? I thought that they were HV but after buying a brick I've found out that they are subsonic. I can't find any literature on the actual speed though, does anybody know? They are for my Stg-44.

From what I understand it's just subsonic ammo that meant for semi-autos - I'm guessing higher quality control.
Standard RWS subsonics work great in my G22.

I don't think they're subsonic. I think they're just re-branded and used to be called 'RWS Sport'. If so, I've used them a lot over the years in a 10/22. Apart from one bad batch, they've always worked very well and were accurate enough for my purposes (although I don't shoot .22 past 50 yds).
If you want HV, RWS do a 'High Velocity Field Line' in black and silver boxes and they also work well in my Ruger.

RWS Semi Auto is new from RWS this year, June or July IIRC -

The new RWS .22 LR Semi-Auto ammunition has arrived!
RWS .22 LR Semi Auto 40gr.
It has been extensively tested on range, in competition & has performed faultlessly in a selection of weapons including AR10’s, AR15’s & S&W’s, etc.
The new round is Subsonic & accuracy was reported as first class out to 100 yards!

If these are sub sonic, I'd be very surprised if they're as good as stated in semi's....
The best ammo I've found for semi's is CCI AR tactical.

The nose is standard done with a slight flat bit right on the tip.

I've had a brick of them and they ran fine in my M & P, they are very very greasy/oily though so you will need a rag for your hands after loading a mag, they also produced quite a bit of sludgey fouling round the bolt faces, I guess the burnt powder mixing with the bullet lube. I think they run at 1050fps , as they were only just a sniff cheaper than cci minimag I've gone back to cci, how much did you pay?

Not sure how much they were , I bought a selection of ammo at the time and I didn't get a receipt.
