Giving Ammo to a Club

Is it possible to 'donate' ammo to your Club without having to go via RFD for the paperwork? Can the Club Sec or similar do the paperwork and take them off your flick? I may have a few hundred rounds I want to get rid of (to make room for another brand) but can't be bothered firing them all.

Don't know if this is applicable, but on the mainland you would just enter the quantity on the recipient's FAC as a gift (Alpha1: 'FAC' = Firearms Certificate). You don't have to explicitly take it off your own certificate (if that's what a 'flick' is), and don't need to involve a RFD.

Ah, I was under the impression that we can't alter/touch anything on certs. I guess blasting them and giving them away are much the same thing so no action need on mine. So, I have to do the entry on the Club paperwork?

You have to do the signing on to the FAC of the recipient (in this case The Club).

Not sure about NI as that could be completely different.
