About 8 field dressings and a packet or three of aspirin/paracetomol/ibuprofen

Do a web search for Arco. They sell them.

Or make your own.

Got to be the best way to get the size you want and the supplies you need.

QuikClot Trauma Pak Emergency First Aid Kit and a CAT Tourniquet.

Both are lightweight and small so no excuse not to carry it. Using QuikClot is a last resort and can complicate after-care treatment but at least you stand a chance of having after-care treatment. For normal cuts and scrapes good old fashioned electrical tape works well.

These guys have a good selection at a decent price but US based as usual...

The best way I've found is to make your own?

Mine is ,

Plasters
Tweezers
Ibuprofen
Aspirin
Paracetamol
Imodium
Piriton
Gloves
Triangle bandage
CPR card (I know it but in case I'm the casualty)
Army field wound dressings

And do a first aid course if you haven't already!

ARCO or Halfrauds!

Supplement anything you buy with extra field dressings to staunch blood loss. You won't be doing any emergency brain surgery out on the range so anything else is just a waste of space. A few paracetamol and elastoplasts won't go amiss either and as another contributor stated, take a course of instruction in first aid.

Don't forget to add a sealed bottle of water for washing out wounds, eyes etc.
Big bottle of English still spring water will do, and its cheap .
