I read that at the time. Sadly it's a "feature" so the BBC can get away with being as nakedly biased as it likes because, technically, it isn't "news".
It's the sort of gormless trash I'd expect to see confined to the comment pages of the Guardian, along with the antisemites and authoritarian bullies that newspaper loves to glorify.

Like the one about Pistorius where the SA "journalist" wrote that all gun owners were either weirdos with sexual deviations or madmen.
I do wonder why they are allowed to write such garbage?
Slimey editor?

21st century journalism is a work of pure fiction and 21st century journalists would cease to be employed if they ever told the truth or behaved with honesty and integrity.
Unfortunately nowadays our professions only attract greedy bast@ards who will gladly prostitute their "skills" and morals purely for personal gain.
Apologies to the handful to whom this does not apply.

I wonder if they would get away with it by describing other members of society as ALL drug dealers or pimps, short answer NO it would cause a $hitstorm

Can't we just rename the BBC to the BPC? After all, we're paying for it, so shouldn't we have a say.
The "P" could become whatever seems most relevant at the time, for example:
* Propaganda
* Payout
* Pathetic
* Paedophile...

Christel !!
Excuse my ignorance but who is the body supposed to "defend" the interest of UK shooters ?? shouldn't it be their task to track all this incidious propaganda ?
