We've just seen an advert for some disintegrating targets - chalk discs - that promise "Instantaneous feedback by virtue of a cloud of white dust", for which they want the princely sum of £4.99 for 20.

A packet of Trebor* mints are the same size and will do the same thing for 45 pence.









* We tried Polo mints too, oomans, but kept on thinking we had missed them....
