We're looking for some canned bangs in .45 ACP for our latest acquisition, a nice Armalon De Lisle style carbine. Anyone know where they are in stock ?

They are easy peasy to reload.
Re: .45 ACP - where has it all gone?
Aye...even big fat hairy paws can get a good hold of the ickle fat 45ACP cases and bullets...
We can loan dies and fings if badgers have a need. Even got a nice taper crimp die. Some of the boolits designed for the 45 colt are well worth trying in the ACP, esp. when shoved through a rifle.

Norman Clarke had 200 sat on the shelf last time I was in there. £40 / 100
I reload for between £11 & £35 per hundred.

Pistol calibre boolits are so easy and cheap to re load for you would have to be mad or have more money than sense to buy them. Were do you live badger I will quite happily take your money of you to sell you hand crafted ammunition in 45 ACP.

I presume that you have adequate insurance in place to cover the selling of hand loads to third parties.Alpha1 wrote:Pistol calibre boolits are so easy and cheap to re load for you would have to be mad or have more money than sense to buy them. It's NOT the Insurance aspects you need to concentrate on - it's the legality of selling home loaded ammunition.
Without a CIP licence it is 100% illegal to do so...
