Importing bullets into The Netherlands

My eldest now lives in Amsterdam, I asked Hunting Sport in Luxembourg about buying some Nosler CC bullets but they don't ship to the UK, they do however ship to The Netherlands for only €10

They sent me a form I have to fill in, unfortunately it's in Dutch (I assume) and I have no idea what's required.

Has anyone done anything similar or know a fellow shooter in The Netherlands who may know the answer?

Here's the form, they sent me what I assume is a sample with their info and a blank one to complete,

Couldn't you email it as an attachment to your son and have him or a Dutch friend translate it for you to find out what is required.

I could but he's back in the UK for the next week, will have a word with him and see if his partner can take it in to work and have someone there look at it.

Yeah I reckon unless someone on here reads Dutch it's probably the way to go. Good luck with it though and I hope you get your bullets.

Found a bit of info on the BASC site for passengers transiting through Schipol, same form but in English. The form seems to be designed for firearms or ammunition not components so I don't know if it even applies.
