Somewhere I have seen what I will describe as a plastic jar that you secure to a barrel whilst cleaning, stops patches, crud & solvent going all over the dining table (or at least I hope they do as the mrs isn't speaking to me again).

Any idea where i can get one folks?

Cheers,

Mick.

Just push a small water bottle like Volvic or similar (after contents have been consumed) over the barrel.
Why spend more money than you need to.

MTM patch catcher, widely available, fits almost any gun and cheap, less that a tenner, too.

I sell a lot they are popular.

Got mine from reloading solutions, just over a tenner and uses a well padded spring clip thingy for the barrel which is easy to use and doesn't mark anything

We clean our bang sticks sitting on the balcony of our Summer Palace and allow the patches to fall into the chiminea where they make excellent kindling...
