I have reloaded a fair few S&B bullets in .303 and .308 and they were OK, earlier ones were copper washed over steel however I have heard rumours the new ones are a true copper jacket.

I can confirm that for 7.62x39 and .30 M1 Carbine they are my prefered choice.

Yes S&B can be reloaded. If moving from say PPV to S&B it is worth checking the case volume and spending a bit of time working up to your load again.

Thanks. I suppose 'most' cases can be reloaded at least once?...

The trick is to keep your loads moderate and anneal early on in their life , neck size only to minimise case stretch and check headspace on your rifle .
If it's big (over 4 thou ) there are a number of things you can do .

I have around 400 once-fired .303" S&B cases. Debating whether to hang onto them for the day when I get into reloading, or whether to see if anyone's interested in them.
