Absolutely fine to do RFD to RFD, I certainly do not charge for any more than the courier (From memory around GBP12.00 for 30kgs on a 24 hour service) plus the ammunition cost. It does pay to have a friendly RFD at the other end.

Some firms may charge more for carriage - TNT are about £25 or £30 - but as Dave says, that fee covers a significant weight...possibly even over the 30kg Dave quoted.
I'm sure the selling RFD would not charge a handling fee, as he is getting the sale - so as has been said, having a decent RFD that you can collect the delivery from will be a good move

Just checked and the last lot to go out was GBP11.25 inc VAT for the carriage.

I had excellent service in this respect from HPS and the Lord Roberts Centre at Bisley - ordered some ammunition from HPS, they dropped it off at Bisley on one of their regular trips down, and I collected it that weekend.
No p&p and possibly the finest most accurate ammo to pass through my No 4.

Hi Guys
Thanks for all your replys and info, RFD says £31 TNT and the RFD this end wants £10 ! Good job as the ammo is a good price being surplus
