Brass make?
What brand of primer?

Some 700's exhibit primer flow signs purely as a feature of the firing pin hole design, before high-pressures are reached

Hornady and weatherby cases and cci 250 magnum primmers
the weatherby cases are 7mm rem mag cases not 7mm weatherby magnum
